This place is newly decorated with a unique theme, featuring bunk beds, and it's conveniently located near the lake.

The room was lovely little and brand-new with a TV, a living area, and a kitchenette.

Really nice experience there. Everything there were really good, including really good facilities. Comfortable and exceptionally nice location just a short stroll away from a local movie house. Found in a really quiet area not far from the town centre, and lake and town.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Enjoyed having a separate bedroom, along with the bonus of a TV, living room, and kitchenette.

LOVED the comfy bed in the separate bedroom. the staff was great, but no early check-in. the garden area was my favorite spot. Would definitely come back! the place looks even better in person than in the photos. Cheers!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room had a tidy, modern feel with a sofa; the location was central, close to the lake, grounds, restaurants, and activities.

The rooms were functional, new-fashioned, and equipped with an iron, coffee/tea making machines, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. the view from the rooms overlooked a park towards the lake. - the hotel's location was convenient, next to the lake and a variety of dining options, as well as close to the center and the stunning Fiordland National Park. - There were many restaurants nearby to choose from, such as Fumi which was just a 20-minute walk away.

The quiet location near the beach and marina in a peaceful area, combined with the friendly staff who made our experience perfect, rated a 10/10.

the exceptional cleanliness and well-equipped kitchen provided a homely feel. the quiet location away from the hustle was perfect for relaxation. the spacious room was comfortable, and the nearby landmarks like Brod Bay and Four Square Te Anau were great for family bonding. the sun terrace and garden area added to the relaxation factor. the only improvement could be more space to hang clothes and more hangers.

We had a great time staying here, it was even better than we expected.

Enjoyed hiking, fishing, and cycling nearby. Stayed at a charming place with free parking, a garden, terrace, and tennis court. Beautiful mountain and garden views. Cons: Loved the noisy fan in the bathroom, it was such a delightful addition to my stay.

This place is centrally located near everything, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
